libnhgri-blastall-perl software package provides Perl extension for running and parsing NCBIs BLAST 2.x, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libnhgri-blastall-perl
libnhgri-blastall-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libnhgri-blastall-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libnhgri-blastall-perl *
You will get with libnhgri-blastall-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
